Founder & CEO

Paige Donnell is the founder and CEO of Paige PR, a public relations and marketing agency serving Houston’s core industries: energy, aerospace, technology, medical, commercial real estate, industrial and financial services.  For more than 10 years, Paige has helped clients strategize and identify key messages, then build successful campaigns surrounding those efforts. Her core competencies include strategic communications and planning, content development and media relations.

She has worked both in-house and on the agency side, serving both public and privately-owned energy companies. In 2019, her agency was listed at the Houston Business Journal’s 9th Fastest Growing Company in Houston and in 2020, Paige PR was named the Public Relations Society of America’s Midsize Agency of the Year for the greater Houston area.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and doing all things Texan. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Texas State University – San Marcos.

Kristen has worked in agency and in-house public relations roles for the past 10 years. Originally from the Boston area, Kristen has called Houston home since 2008, working for diverse industries and clients in the Lone Star State including Dunkin’ Donuts, Phoenicia Specialty Foods, NASA, BNSF Railway, Phillips 66 Aviation, Skinner Pasta and A.D. Players. She has led award-winning public relations campaigns, receiving silver Public Relations Society of America Excalibur awards for the last two consecutive years, as well as International Association of Business Communicators Bronze and Silver Quills.

She received her M.A. in Public Relations Studies from The University of Houston, and her B.A. in English from The University of New Hampshire. She has a passion for education and has taught graduate-level courses at The University of Houston.

Digital Strategist

Natasha specializes in the development and implementation of digital strategies specific to all social media platforms while aligning digital campaigns to a brand’s overall communication goals. She comes from a culturally diverse background, which translates into her innate ability to familiarize herself with Paige PR’s global clientele and their communication needs. Natasha is responsible for winning the Business Marketing Association’s “Award of Excellence: Integrated Marketing Communications Program” and “Award of Excellence: Integrated Social Media Campaign” for Global Tubing in 2017.

Natasha graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. During her time as an undergraduate student, she co-founded Valenti Integrated, Jack J. Valenti School of Communication’s first student-run integrated communication firm and worked with students from Bauer College’s Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship to create business and communication strategies for startup companies. Natasha currently sits on PRSA Houston’s scholarship committee to help graduate and undergraduate students pursue a degree in public relations or related communications fields.
