Hindsight is always 2020
December 17, 2019
Colleagues and Clients,
Another year has come and gone in a whirl. It seems like I was just issuing last year’s wrap-up letter. Today I’m left scratching my head at how quickly 2019 flew by.
To say this past year has been a wild ride would be an understatement.
This year took Grit.
To be completely vulnerable, this year has been harder than years past (in hindsight, those were easy).
And it was also 10 times more rewarding.
This year, Paige PR took huge risks.
We grew our client base, the size and scope of clients and the list of industries we work in.
We grew our team.
Both in size and in talent.
We’ve challenged ourselves. In the quality of work we deliver and the type of agency we want to be.
We looked internally to see what we could do better. And then we looked again. Pushing ourselves to streamline, optimize, collaborate and focus in areas that would not only improve Paige PR but yield better results for clients. Our bottom line is your bottom line.
Part of those discussions included identifying what type of agency we want to be recognized as. We want our clients and anyone that works with us to know that at our core, Paige PR operates with these attributes in mind:
- Integrity and honesty
- Being a team player
- Always doing the best by a client; and what’s best for an account
Others have certainly said it to me before, but Paige PR needed to go through a transformational year like 2019. The fruit is grown in the valley, not on mountaintops. If we want to continue growing, we had to look at things and modify them to allow for even more success.
It’s been a fantastic year and we’ve had plenty of moments to cheer about (#9 on Fast 100, we’re looking at you!).
But this year, in 2019, we’ve evolved. And I’m certain we’re going to see the fruits of our labor as we prepare and head into the new year.
